日本の税関により、商品にアルコールが含まれているということで、返送されました。商品のアルコールを除き、再送いたしました。大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしまして申し訳ありません。私共も返送されるケースは初めてで戸惑っております。

It was sent back to us by Japanese custom because the product contents alcohol. We have removed the alcohol of the product and send it again. We are so sorry for the delay. This was the first time the product sent back to us, we were so upset.

As alcohol was included in the item, it was returned from the Japanese customs. We sent it again after excluding the alcohol.

Japanese custom house returned our product, because they found alcohol in the products. There for, we remove alcohol and send it again. This is the first time stopped by the custom house, and we are finding and solving the issue now. Sorry for taking time and causing difficulties.
