Magazines with a capacity of 10 rounds or fewer may be listed. However, the capacity must be stated in the item description, or be clearly visible in the accompanying images. Listings with contradicting information will be removed. For example, if the description states the magazine has 10 rounds or fewer, but the image shows 15 rounds, the item may be removed.

Certain types of weapons and related items may be listed. However, sellers must follow our guidelines, as well as meet the following requirements:
- The item must be listed only on the eBay U.S. website
- The item, seller, and buyer are located within the U.S.
- The listing offers only domestic shipping and is shipped only within the U.S.

However, keep in mind that any additional violations of this policy could result in the suspension of your account. Once eBay suspends an account, the member no longer has any account access. In addition, all active listings are canceled, and members who placed bids on those listings are notified.
