UPSは荷物を受け取ったアマゾンと連絡が取れないならば保険を適用できないと言っています
他のFBAセラーはFBA倉庫に送った荷物が紛失した場合にどの様に対応しているのですか?
この様な問題は全てセラー1人が損害を被るのですか?
私はアマゾンでもっと多くの売上を上げたいと考えていますがこのままでは高額な商品をFBA倉庫に送る事が出来なくなるかも知れない
私の望みは一つだけです
荷物の受取に関してアマゾン側の協力が欲しいです

According to UPS, they can not apply the insurance if we can not contact Amazon that received the package.
How other FBA sellers deal with this kind of issue when a package they sent has lost?
In these cases, sole seller should incur a loss?
I am thinking to increase sales on Amazon, but if this goes on, I may not be able to send expensive products to FBA warehouse.
I have only request to you.
We need the cooperation of Amazon in regard to the receipt of a package.
Please tell me the contact address of the person in charge of Amazon FBA warehouse.
I sincerely ask it.

UPS says an insurance cannot be applied if a contact cannot be held with Amazon which received the package.
How do other FBA sellers handle a situation if a package sent to the FBA warehouse was lost?
In such issue, would a seller have to be liable for the entire damage alone?
I am thinking about increasing more revenues on Amazon, but I may not be able to send expensive items to FBA warehouse without resolving the issue.
All I ask is one thing.
