スタンドにコイル材セットがスム―ズに出来ない。
ナイロンスリングを内枠の逃がしに合わせないとナイロンスリングが取り外せない。
指を挟んだり、つまずいて転倒する危険性がある。
スタンド外枠をセットしない状態でコイル固定バンドを切断してしまうと、コイルがバラケてきて使用不可になったりバラケたコイルで大怪我をする。
外枠とコイル材の間に隙間があると、。コイル材回転中パイプが入り、食い込む。キズの発生最悪の場合設備停止につながる。（内枠も同様）
コイルが出てこない。

Setting the coiled material to the stand cannot be done smoothly.
Fitting the nylon sling to the escape of inner frame enables the sling to be taken off.
It is possibly dangerous to pinch your finger or to fall over it.
If you cut off the coil fixed band without setting the outer frame of stand, the coil will die on with it coming to pieces and you will get injured heavily by the pieces.
The void between the outer frame and the coiled material allows the pipe to dig into the void while the coiled material revolving. If it gets injured, at worst, the all equipment will be stopped, as the inner frame will.
The coil won't come out.

I can't set the coil stock on the stand smoothly.
I must fit the nylon sling to the safty valve of inner frame when I want to take the nylon sling off.
There are risks of getting finger caught or tripping over.
If I cut the coil banding without setting outer frame up, the coils will start to come apart and stop working or harm the users.
If there are gaps between the outer frame and the coil, a pipe might come in and bite into it while the coils are spinning. It will cause cuts on the device, which may force the device to be stopped. (same to the inner frame)
The coils won't come out.
