次の商品について、お客様に返金が行われました。

おそらくお客様からカスタマーセンターに返品の申し出があり、アマゾン側から返金されたのではないかと思いますが、返品商品はアマゾン倉庫に到着されているのでしょうか。

In regard to the delivery state of the return product
A refund was issued to the following product:

According to the contact from the customer, the product was broken. So we contacted the customer notifying that we would issue a full refund when the product is returned.
I think the customer center of Amazon offered the return of the product and Amazon issued a refund. Has the returned product arrived to Amazon warehouse?
I would appreciate if you could investigate about the delivery status of the returned product as well as data reflection condition of Amazon FBA system.
