返金商品の到着状況について

次の商品について、お客様に返金が行われました。

お客様の連絡によると、商品が故障しているとのことで、商品を返品すれば全額返金しますと当方から連絡しております。

おそらくお客様からカスタマーセンターに返品の申し出があり、アマゾン側から返金されたのではないかと思いますが、返品商品はアマゾン倉庫に到着されているのでしょうか。

商品の返品の到着状況及びアマゾンFBAシステムの反映状況について、調査していただければ幸いです。

Arrival status for refunded item

A refund was made to the customer for the following item:

The product was out of order per the customer so we informed the customer that we would refund the full amount when the product is returned.

We suspect that the customer informed the customer center to return the product and Amazon would have refunded the customer. Has the returned product arrived at Amazon warehouse?

We appreciate it very much if you would research where the product is and if it is reflected on Amazon FBA system.
