未加工品は検査カプラが抜けることで検出可能と思っていたが、実際には、抜ける場合と抜けない場合があった。
新工程立上げ時は、他工場・ラインと同等以上となるよう検討していますか？
工程保証は理屈と実際の検証の裏づけで、確認するようにしていますか？
