ＡＳで生産している製品は、このフロンガスを封じ込め循環させる冷媒通路の役目をする配管とホースです。
５Ｓは、安全と良い品を作る生産活動のベースです。「品質と安全」確保のために職場の全員が守るべき基本ルールです。

"Procedure manuals" are used to standardize the quality, so the expressions in it shall be specific using numbers, photos and physical examples.
If any disorder is found in the facilities or products, the harm can be minimized by sticking to the the procedures of "stop", "call" and "wait", then reporting immediately to the boss.
The items produced in AS are pipes and hoses are used to contain CFC, which serves as passageways for refrigerants.
5S is the basis of production activity for maintaining the safety and quality of products. It shall be kept by all members in the workplace to ensure "quality and safety".

When you discover abnormal condition of equipment or a product,
you must "stop it","call someone","wait" without exception, and report to your boss immediately, and it makes the damage minimal.
