このオークションに誤って入札し、落札してしまいました。
セラーさんに対して、間違いで入札&落札したことを伝えた上で、
落札をキャンセルするよう頼んだのですが、要望に応じてくれません。
このような時はどうすれば良いのでしょうか？

I accidentally bid for an item at this auction and my bid was accepted.
Although I ask the seller to cancel it because it was a mistake, he/she turned down a request.
What should I do in this case?
