Tracking after April 10 is surely not available.
I heard that after large scale strike at Los Angeles port in February airmail delivery is delayed worldwide, so it might have been affected as well.
I could not spot which item you inquired about.

Scrap code is only included in the package that Pokemon Scrap is written in Japanese.
It's randomly put in during limited period, so maybe only the box sold immediately after release had it.
Code is a limited offer and there is nothing I can do about it.

Certainly, we can't do any tracking as of April 10.
We heard there was a huge strike at the Los Angeles harbor in February and air mail delivery was globally delayed, so that might've had some influence.
