もし、まだ国際郵便局に残っていれば、差し戻しができますが、
すでに国外に出てしまった場合は、日本からもう手出しができない状況となります。
現状、国際郵便局にまだ商品が残っているか調べてもらっています。

About this item, I have requested international post office to return it.
If it's still at the international post office it an be returned, but if it had already left the country there is nothing we can do from Japan side.
Currently international post office is checking if the item is still there.
I will contact you again as soon as the investigation result comes in.

As for this item, I start returning procedures at International post office.
If, item still at the International Post Office, it is possible to return it,
but if it is already shipped outside the country, we can not return it from Japanese side.
Now, I am checking if item is still at International post office or not
