こちらからは成分表、オリジナル、B/L、請求書、パッキングリストの5点を送るつもりです。
コンサイニーは以前メールで送ってもらった方でよろしいですか？
今、税関に製造工程表をチェックしてもらっています。
薬の輸出書類作成、コストの計算も今しているところです。
ベトナム大使館からビザがおりるのに時間がかかりそうです。
分かり次第連絡します。
スケジュールの方も分かり次第すぐに連絡します。

It seems that it takes time that the visa is issued from the Vietnamese Embassy. We will contact you as soon as we find it.
We will also let you know the schedule as soon as we find it.
It depends on this embassy.
