このサイトは日本語ですが、「ソニー=SONY」「コニカミノルタ=KONICAMINOLTA」です
◎=オートフォーカスが使用できる
○=オートフォーカスで使用できる(ソニーとコニカミノルタの組み合わせ)
△=MFのみ使用できる
×=使用できない
このリストにないレンズ=使用できない(このリストにある２０種類のレンズのみが使えます)
という意味になります。

I found the correspondence table on the manufacturer's site in my way to look for the information regarding your inquiry. This site is only spelled out in Japanese. That site's name is SONY KONICAMILTA.
Here's the signs' meaning
