メーカーサイトで確認したところ、コンンバーターの適合表がありました。
このサイトは日本語ですが、「ソニー=SONY」「コニカミノルタ=KONICAMINOLTA」です
◎=オートフォーカスが使用できる
○=オートフォーカスで使用できる(ソニーとコニカミノルタの組み合わせ)
△=MFのみ使用できる
×=使用できない
このリストにないレンズ=使用できない(このリストにある２０種類のレンズのみが使えます)
という意味になります。

This website is in Japanse, but "ソニー=SONY", "コニカミノルタ=KONICAMINOLTA".
