今後は、百貨店の中で 販売をしている店舗を探していく事が、目標です。靴のインターネットでの販売市場は、楽天が70%以上のシェアしています。我々の販売先は、楽天及び量販店だと思います。
靴専門店 は、代理店が、委託の条件で、取り扱いをしています。4年前までは、代理店は小売りだけ展開していませでした。しかし 現在は、取り扱い品番を限定して、積極的に靴専門店に営業しているそうです。
別の量販店として、スポーツ店舗があります。卸し条件は、わからないので、リサーチと営業をして行きます。

Our goal is to find shops selling at the departments. Rakuten occupies more than 70% market share of online sales for shoes. We believe our customers would be Rakuten and volume retailers. Distributors make contract with shoes only shops. Until 4 years ago, distributors had not been doing retail sales only. However, now, they are actively selling at shoes only shops by limiting numbers of models to be handled. Another volume retailer is sports shops. I don't know the conditions for wholesale, so we will conduct research and sales activities.

In the future from now on, we have a purpose to sale a store in department store. Rakuten company has held more than 70% of sales share in internet market. Our sales contract and customers will be Rukuten and quantities, in bulk of the buyers. The shoes specialty stores are basically through agencies with sales on commission of condition that deal with the products. Until past four years ago, the agencies were not accepted to sale the retails but now, they try to make sale positively to the specialty shoes store that put limited the numbers. We have another way to sale the mass retailers that will be sports stores,
But we do not know a wholesale trade of the details in sport market yet, therefore will research and go to business.

Shoe shops are being handled by agency on the condition of consignment. 4 years before, the agency handled only up to retailing, but now they are actively do business with shoe shops by limiting to handling part numbers.
As another mass retailer. we have sports stores. As we don't know the wholesale conditions, we now work on research and marketing.
