日本のＤＨＬから直接グアテマラＤＨＬへ問い合わせが出来ないとの事で現地の方に問い合わせをお願いしてくださいとの事だったのです。
ご迷惑をおかけして本当に申しわけないのですがお客様で一度グアテマラＤＨＬへ問い合わせをしていただけませんか？
問い合わせを行い、関税をお支払いしていただければ商品は発送されるはずです。

I really wish I'd call you and explain, but since I don't speak English, I couldn't do so.
I was told that DHL Japan cannot directly make an inquiry to DHL Guatemala, so I was advised to have a local person to contact there.
I am so sorry to trouble you, but would you please contact to DHL Guatemala for your own?
Once you inquire and pay for the tariff, the item should be shipped for sure.

The DHL of Japan cannot contact the DHL of Guatemala directly so could you ask to the DHL of Guatemala by yourself?
