商品は現地時間で3月3日の19時45分頃
お客様の家に届けられています
しかし宛先人が不明だった為
私の所に返送されたようです
理由は地元の郵便局に確認ください
今回は商品が届かなかったので返金対応したいと思います

The item arrived at the guest house on 3rd March at 19:45 local time.
But since the consignee was unclear it was sent back to me.
For details, please contact your local post office.
Since you didn't receive the item this time I have decided to refund you.
