この度発注した商品ですが、以前にも何回か注文しています。
その度に形の歪んだ物やほこりをかぶった製品が入っていて、非常に残念です。
なるべく状態の良いものを送って頂く事は可能でしょうか？
御社の製品は形が良く、価格も手ごろなので今後も利用しようと思っています。

Regarding the item I ordered, I ordered it several times before, too.
Every time I received, included item was deformed or dusty and I feel very sad.
