Taking into consideration the favour- able business climate, stable macroeconomic environment and the excellent opportuni- ties across different business sectors, Kosovo is increasingly becoming an attractive place for doing business. As a result, the interest of foreign investors has been increasing steadily throughout recent years. Kosovo has attracted over 1 billion Euro of FDIs in the past three years. After a peak in 2007 with 440 million Euro of FDI, a slight decrease has been seen which, it is believed, is mainly due to the im- pact of the global financial downturn.

有利な事業環境、安定したマクロ経済的環境、及びいくつかの異なる事業セクターにわたる素晴らしいチャンスを考慮すると、コソボは事業を行うのに魅力的な場所に急速になりつつある。結果として、近年は外国投資者の関心は安定的に増えつつある。コソボは過去３年間に10億ユーロ以上のFDI（外国直接投資）を引きこんだ。4億4千万ユーロのFDIを得た2007年のピークの後は、わずかに減退がみられたが、それは主に世界経済の低迷の影響によるところが大きいと思われる。

良好なビジネス環境、安定したマクロ環境、及び様々な業態にみられる素晴らしいチャンスを考慮にいれると、ビジネス環境としてますます魅力的になっている。結果として、近年、外国投資家の関心は順調に高まってきている。ここ3年で10億ユーロを超える外国直接投資資金（FDI)がコソボに集まった。2007年のFDI4.4億ユーロの最高値の後は、僅かな減少が見られるが、主に世界の金融環境の低迷によるものと思われる。

経済状態が良く、マクロ経済環境も安定しており、様々な産業分野全体において優れた機会があること等を考慮すると、コソボはビジネスを展開する場所としての魅力を高めてきている。その結果、ここ数年、海外投資者らの関心は着実に高まっており、過去3年間で10億ユーロの海外直接投資がコソボに投入された。2007年には海外直接投資額が頂点に達し4億4千万ユーロとなり、その後若干減少したが、それは世界金融の下落による影響が主な原因だと見られている。
