94577-1024については日本にむけて発送して頂ける
転送会社であります。この会社は到着品に対してすべて
検品を実施していますが、このトラッキングナンバーにつ
いては、おのおの1ヶづつ。したがって２ケしか到着して
いないとの説明を受けています。
このような状況ですのでご理解の程、宜しくお願いします。

The shipping address is 448 Hester St, San Leandro, CA 94577-1024, and this is a forwarding agent that ships the item to Japan from there. This company is conducting inspection for all the items they received and I was informed that they only received one in each tracking numbers, which is total of 2 only.

I think that you do not believe only my claim.
With respect to the shipping address 448 Hester St San Leandro,CA94577-1024, this is the address of the company which transfer goods to Japan.
The company checks quality of all goods when it gets to them.
They explained me that regarding this tracking number, each one, totally, only two goods get to them.
Please understand this situation.
