94577-1024については日本にむけて発送して頂ける
転送会社であります。この会社は到着品に対してすべて
検品を実施していますが、このトラッキングナンバーにつ
いては、おのおの1ヶづつ。したがって２ケしか到着して
いないとの説明を受けています。

It seems that my statement does not have much credibility to you.
The shipping address is 448 Hester St, San Leandro, CA 94577-1024, and this is a forwarding agent that ships the item to Japan from there. This company is conducting inspection for all the items they received and I was informed that they only received one in each tracking numbers, which is total of 2 only.
I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
