2月2日からインドのカルカッタで通関手続きが続いているようで、商品が配送されていません。
私達にはどうする事も出来ないです。
この場合、どうすばいいのでしょうか?
今回は、お客様に迷惑と心配をお掛けしております。
荷物の現在の状況は、2月2日にインドのカルカッタに到着後、カルカッタの税関で通関手続き中から出荷されていない状態です。
こちらからも、日本郵便に現在の状況を問い合わせしてみようと思います。
ただ、商品はインド国内にあるため、現状確認する事は困難な可能性がございます。

Products have not been delivered because it seems to be held by a customs clearance in India of Calcutta from February 2.

The current situation of product is that products have not been shipped out of customs procedures at Calcutta Customs since arrived in Calcutta, India in February 2.
