ケース２：作業要領書の治具番号を読み違い、不良品を造った。
ケース３：図面の構成品番を読み違い、違う部品を組み付けた。
ケース４：納品リストの品番を読み違い、違う伝票（かんばん）を付けた。
ケース５：注文伝票の品番と在庫保管棚の品番を読み違い、異品を納品した。
見間違いやすい記号や文字を使わないのであれば、見間違えることはありません。

Case 2 : Misread work manual's jig number and made inferior goods.
Case 3 : Misread a drawing's construction P/No. and imposed different parts.
Case 4 : Misread delivery of goods list's P/No. and put a different payment slip (signboard).
Case 5 : Misread order slip's P/No. and stock storage-rack's P/No. and delivered incorrect goods.
If you do not use marks or letters which is easy to mistake for, you will not mistake.

Case 2: Read the operation manual's jig number wrong, and made defective products.
Case 3: Read the diagram's configuration of stock numbers wrong, and grappled with the wrong components.
Case 4: Read the stock numbers of the delivery list wrong, and put up the wrong sales slip (sign).
Case 5: Read the order slip's and stock safekeeping shelf's stock numbers wrong, and delivered the wrong thing.
