私はこれを母へのプレゼントとして購入しました。母はこのままの状態で使うと言って聞きません。だから返品は出来ません。私は新品相応の値段で購入したので、今の状態に見合う価格だけを支払います。ebayで相場を見てみると、新品の鍋一つが30ドル、中古の鍋一つが20ドルくらいです。送られてきた商品4つのうち、２つ新品相当、２つ中古相当だとして、100ドルが適正価格です。残りを返金して下さい。鍋に破損があったことを考えると100ドルでも高いくらいです。中古の鍋でも破損はしていませんので

I've bought this as a gift for my mother. She insists on using it as it is, so I can't return it. Since I bought it at the price for brand-new ones, I will just pay the reasonable price to the items' current condition. Supposing two out of four items that have arrived are equivalent to used items, $100 is the reasonable price, so please refund the rest of money I paid. Considering the pots were damaged, $100 is still expensive though. Since even pre-owned items are usually not damaged.

I've bought this as a gift for my mother. I cannot return the item as my mother insists on using it as it is. As I bought it for a price of a new one, I'll only pay what I believe are appropriate for one that's in a similar condition as my mother's. Checking on eBay, it seems to be $30 for new pots and $20 for used ones. I'd say $100 would be reasonable, for of the four that's been shipped to me, two were new and the other two were in used condition, approximately. So please refund me the difference. Even paying $100 feels too expensive, for they were broken. And a used pot does not equal a broken pot.

But I bought all of them at your saying as brand new prices, so I would not pay that amount. I will pay for their proper price; the appropriate prices shown on eBay are $30 for a new pan and $20 for a used one. You sent two new (?) and two used items; I think $100 would be reasonable. So, please pay back the extra charge. I think &100 is too enough because one of the used pan was partly broken. Even a used pan would not have damage; it should be only old .
