＊＊さんや他の寮のメンバーに話を聞きましたが貴方の言うとおり、皆さんのスケジュールへの配慮が出来ていなかったようです。
今後は、皆さんの予定をきちんと伺ったうえで日程を決めるように＊＊さんには指示をしておきました。
今後も社員寮に関しては＊＊さんが作業することがあるかと思いますが、何かあれば私に直接貰えれば対応します。

I heard the view of ** and members of another dormitories, and as you say, it seems that we lacked consideration for the schedule for all of you.
I gave instruction to ** to decide the schedule from now on after asking your schedule.
I think ** will continue to work at corporate dormitory at diverse times. However if you have any issue, I can deal with it directly.
