That document is OK, but we need the original in Japan in order to take them out of the airport. If they stay inside, they will be weakened. You have to contact people from the Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry. Please contact 1 in 8 hours and ask him how to get them out of the airport.
We cannot do anything to help them. It hurts us. Please help them now.
An explanation by the official letter from a USDA veterinary officer may be necessary.
There is nothing we can do until the original, stamped document arrives in Japan.

The document is fine but unless the original one arrives in Japan we can't let them go out of the airport.
They will be becoming weak.
You need to contact Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. I want you to contact 1 and ask how we can let them go out of the airport.
We can't do nothing for them...my heart hurts.please help them.
