The document is okay but unless the original one is not sent to Japan, we cannot let them out of the airport. They will become weak if this situation keeps. You have to contact to Ministry of Health, Labour, Welfare. 8 hours later from now to here. ( We want you to contact ① and ask them how we can get them out from the airport.) we cannot do anything for them. It hurts us. Please help them immediately.
Explanation will be needed by the official letter written by USDA's veterinary chief.
If the original document ( it must have a stamp) does not come to Japan immediately, there is nothing what we can do.
