調べてみましたが、文法的にcontact us by e-mailで間違いないようです。'I came here by car.' などのように手段を表すときに、carは単数や複数にならないのと同じです。
Send us an e-mail の場合はe-mailがsendの目的語なので単複をはっきりさせる必要があり、an e-mailとなるのだと思いますが、e-mailを動詞としてe-mail us とも言えるので他の方の英訳も文法の間違いはないかと。
自分はまだまだ未熟者で恐縮ですが少し気になったもので…長々と失礼しました。
