To whom it may concern,

I am a Japanese seller, who was after having sold my product and received payment therefor some days ago contacted by the buyer saying "I am in Japan now and want to receive the product directly." I replied saying "I am going to send the product to the Japanese address. Please inform me of your address." However, the answer the buyer made was "1." So I asked the buyer whether it liked to cancel? The reply was "no cancel" and it has been out of contact since then. I have set 3 days for my handling time and today is the third day. I am a Japanese seller. Recently someone purchased a product from me and after receiving the payment in paypal I received the following message from the purchaser "I am currently in Japan and I would like to directly pickup the item." I replied "I will mail the item domestically so please let me know the address." Since they replied back the following "1" I asked them if they wanted to cancel their order. They replied back to me that they did not want to cancel their order and I have not received any correspondence after that. I have it set up where handling is set up within 3 days, however, today is the 3rd day. What should I do?

I am a Japanese seller. After I sold an item a few days ago and received the payment via Paypal, a purchaser said that he or she wanted to receive the item in person as he or she was in Japan.
I told him or her to tell me his or her address in Japan to send it to the address in Japan.
