私は日本人のセラーです。先日商品を販売しPAYPALにて代金を受け取った後に購入者から「今日本にいるから直接商品を受け取りたい」と連絡がありました。私は「日本の住所に商品を送るので住所をおしえてください」と返信しましたが、「１」と言ってきたのでキャンセルしますか？と聞いたところ「キャンセルしない」と言われその後連絡が取れていません。私はハンドリングタイムを３日間に設定していて今日が３日目になります。私はどうしたらいいでしょうか？
To whom it may concern,
I am a Japanese seller, who was after having sold my product and received payment therefor some days ago contacted by the buyer saying "I am in Japan now and want to receive the product directly." I replied saying "I am going to send the product to the Japanese address. Please inform me of your address." However, the answer the buyer made was "1." So I asked the buyer whether it liked to cancel? The reply was "no cancel" and it has been out of contact since then. I have set 3 days for my handling time and today is the third day. What should I do then?
