When I received the camcorder, first thing I did was test everything. All the buttons and settings worked properly, the picture was clear and everything seemed to be working as it should. When I tried to import the footage to my Macbook the editing software(Final Cut Pro), would not let me import more than a few seconds and no sound got imported with the clip. Just to make sure it didn t have anything to do with my software or the Mini DV camera that I use for importing footage, I recorded some foootage on a different Sony Vx1000 that I have, and the footage then played back with sound perfectly.

ビデオカメラを受け取った時にまずは、全ての機能をテストしました。全てのボタンと機能が正常に動作し、画像も鮮明で、全てがうまく動作しているように見えました。私のマックのノート型パソコンに画像をインポートしようとしたとき、画像編集ソフト（Final Cut Pro）が、数秒以上の画像をインポートさせてくれなく、またインポートできた画像にも音声がついていませんでした。私のソフトや画像のインポートに用いていた小型DVカメラに問題がないことを確認するため、同じ画像を手持ちのSony VX1000で録画してみましたが、その際は映像は音声付きで完璧に再生できました。

カムコーダーを受け取った際に、一番はじめに全てのチェックをしました。
ボタンと設定機能は全てきちんと作動し、写真もとてもきれいに映り全て機能しているように思えました。マックブックに編集ソフトウェア(ファイナルカットプロ)を取り込もうとした際に数秒は取り込もうとしてくれず、サウンドもクリップと取り込まれてしまいます。
ただ、取り込みに使用していたわたしのソフトウェア、もしくはミニDVカメラは問題はなかったし、音もすべてきちんと流されてました。

When playing back the footage on the camera that I bought the picture is clear but there is no sound, same thing when using a different camcorder to play back/ import footage. The camera does indicate sound in the level meter and when plugging in headphones the sound is perfect. I didn t understand why no sound was recorded since the camera indicates that the microphone is working. When looking it up online I read that people have had similar problems and that most of the time it has to do with a defect in the main board. I would like to return the camcorder and get money back so that I can buy a working one. I would also be open for the seller getting it repaired and then sending it back to me.

購入したカメラで映像を再生すると、画像は鮮明ですが音声がなく、同じことが別のビデオカメラでインポートされた画像を再生しようとしても起こります。カメラはインジケータで音声を認識へしており、イヤホンをさすと音声は完璧です。カメラは、マイクは動作していると示しているため、なぜ音声が録音されないのか分かりません。ウェブで調べてみると、同じような問題は起こっており、メインボードの欠陥が関連することが多いようです。ビデオカメラを返品し、きちんと動作するものを購入するために返金を受けたいです。売主が修理の手配をし、修理されたらそれを私に送ってくれるのも受け付けます。

その映像を私が購入したカメラで再生してみると、画像はクリアでしたが、音が聞こえませんでした。同じことが、違うカムコーダーを使って映像を再生したり、インポートしたりした時にも起こりました。このカメラのレベルメーターに音量が表示されませんが、ヘッドフォンを差し込んでみると、音は問題なく聞こえます。マイクが機能していると表示されているのに、録音されていない理由が分かりません。インターネットで調べたところ、同じような問題に遭遇している人がいて、ほとんどの場合、メインボードの不具合に対処しなければならないという記事を読みました。このカムコーダーを返却し、返金を希望します。そうすれば、きちんと機能するカムコーダーを購入できますから。
また販売者に修理してもらってから、送り返していただいても構いません。
