一度返金していただかないと、paypalからUS confirmed addressをお知らせすることができませんので、一度全額返金していただいて、再度インボイスを送ってもらえませんか？そしたら、すぐにUS confirmed addressより入金させていただきます。paypalに電話で確認しましたが、そのような手順でないと、送り先住所の変更はできないようです。ご理解よろしくお願いいたします。

Please understand that I cannot inform you my US confirmed address via PayPal unless the repayment is made once. Would you please issue the full refund once and send me the invoice to my attention again? I will make the payment via the US confirmed address immediately after I confirm your full refund. I have called PayPal and they told me that I had to take the steps described above to change the shipping address. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

Paypal will not be able to notify the US confirmed address unless the refund has been made. Can you please make a full refund and send the invoice again? Then I will send you the payment from my US confirmed address. I called Paypal to confirm that this is the only way they can change my shipping address. I would be grateful if you give us this concession

Unless you refund the entire amount, it is not possible to get the US confirmed address from Paypal. So is it possible for you to refund the entire amount at once and resend the invoice? If yes, then I will immediately refund the amount through US confirmed address.
I confirmed it with Paypal on phone; if the same procedure is not followed then the change of recipient address is not possible.
