I intend to make improvements on these three areas: to increase the quality of feedback from customers, to not send goods belatedly and to include a tracing number for every order that has been shipped. In regards to the low level of affirmation from customers, I intend to send a follow-up email to customers after every transaction to request for feedback. As for the elimination of late delivery, I will ship the goods speedily after receiving the orders and further increase the lead time. Currently, tracing numbers are not used to record down the shipping orders. Hence, I will attach tracing numbers to the order so that I can inform our customers of these numbers. Regarding the fewer customer evaluations, I will request customers to provide evaluation via e-mail after the transaction. As for the shipping delay, I will make sure to ship promptly, and extend the leadtime further. In the past, I used to incorporate a shipping method that does not come with a tracking number, but from now on, we will ship an item with a tracking number to notify a customer. Those 5 latest orders were shipped with a tracking number.
