In regards to the low level of affirmation from customers, I intend to send a follow-up email to customers after every transaction to request for feedback. As for the elimination of late delivery, I will ship the goods speedily after receiving the orders and further increase the lead time. Currently, tracing numbers are not used to record down the shipping orders. Hence, I will attach tracing numbers to the order so that I can inform our customers of these numbers. I have already attached tracing numbers to the 5 order that I shipped out recently.
