I have something that I would like to confirm with you.
I had previously purchased the below mentioned item from you. However, the wrong item had been delivered to me.
We had purchased 5 carbon type item, but not even 1 of the items delivered were carbon types.
The customers who had purchased from us had complained that the items were not carbon types.
And after we had checked all the items inside, all of them were not carbon types.
Did you accidentally delivered the wrong product over?
As we would like the carbon type product, would you be able to send it to Japan please?
