Your package left Japan in mid-November, but it is not possible to track the status thereafter, even on our side. It seems that there are often delays of processing with Mexican post.
I am unable to return a product that is 7 months past the shipment. This decision abides by Amazon’s return policy. It is unfortunate I cannot be of any help to you, but ask you to please understand.
There are several things I would like you to tell me. Was this item that was ordered not in its box? Also, as in the attached image, the order you placed with me was for 1 item for $22 but is there no mistake that it was an order for 4 units for $46?

It seems the processing work of Mexico Post delays a lot.
The product which has been over seven months since the shipment can not be returned.
This decision is in line with Amazon's return policy.

Are you saying that there was no product in a box with this order?
Also you placed only one order with $22 as shown in the attached image, but are you sure you placed four orders with $46?
