I do understand about your high evaluation. However, I am still wondering why you are not sending me the items even after you received my payment. This situation keeps me not to cancel my claiming on it. Once I turn off my claim, no way to claim when I really need.

As I said many times but I could not contact you from ebay so I could not help contacting as complaint by paypal.
I know your evaluation is high but if I cancel my complaint, I will not be able to complain even when it happens. Do you understand? What is the reason you do not dispatch the goods though the payment has been done?
