ただ、Small Packetという配送方法は航空便の荷物に空きのある時に配送するやり方で、エクスプレス便が優先されます。
また、アメリカ・カナダの税関がクリスマス、年末年始の物流量増加で遅延が発生しているとのことでした。
昨年の今頃にSmall Packetでお送りしました荷物は最長でお届けまでに２ヶ月（１月の下旬頃）かかっております。
お届けまでにお時間がかかることを予めご了承ください。

We settled about sending by small packet.
However, we can send by the small packet only when we have an extra space in air mail, so priority is put on the express mail.
We heard that it takes longer that the items go through customs in the States and Canada due to the increase of the items at Christmas and the year end & beginning of the year.
When we sent the item by small packat at this time of last year, it took 2 months at the longest until it was delivered (around the end of January).
We hope that you understand that it takes long time to be delivered.

Also, delay at the customs in the U.S, and Canada has been reported due to the logistic volume increase for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
