正当な理由による負の評価は受け入れますが、今回のケースがそうだとは思えませんでした
正当な理由なく取引をキャンセル、負の評価を残す事を許容してしまうのはebayにとっても良くない事ではないでしょうか？
電源ケーブルがない為、動作確認できていない

I had thought of handling it with A, but since the buyer strongly requested for the termination of transaction, I cancelled the order (not a chance had I expected to receive a negative evaluation afterwards).
I would accept a negative evaluation with a dare reason, but this case did not appear so.
A cancellation of a transaction without a dare reason would not leave a good impact for eBay either, don't you think?
Since without the power cable, this item's performance has not been confirmed yet.
Please bid by understanding this item without a performance guarantee.

I do take negative feedback if the reason is legitimate, but I didn't think that was the case this time.
It's not good for eBay to allow cancellation without legitimate reason and leave negative feedback, don't you think?
