そもそもYouTube API自体とAdsenseは併用できません。Adsenseの規約に書いてあります。
ただしGoogleが気付かない限り(おそらく第三者にレポートされない限り)Adsenseを利用することはできます。

To begin with, YouTube API itself and Adsense cannot be used together. It is mentioned in the Adsense regulation.
However, unless otherwise Google notices it (if it is not reported by a third party) it is possible to use Adsense.

In the first place, you can't use YouTube API and Adsense simultaneously. It is written in the agreement with Adsense.
However, as long as Google is not aware of it (as long as no third party reports it), you can technically use Adsence.

As written in the rule, from the start, YouTube API and Adsense cannot be used in the same place. However, as far as Google doesn't notice, (probably because of someone's report, ) you may use Adsense.
