開催しました。
山田キュイジーヌは、45年以上、ミシュランの3つ星に輝き続ける山田キュイジーヌの名を冠したフランスの国外で唯一のレストランです。
会員の皆様には山田キュイジーヌのExecutive Chefの山田の料理とエグゼクティブ ソムリエ 山川のセレクトしたワインと供にトロワグロの世界を堪能いただきました。
We invited Mr. Yamada who is an executive chef at Yamada Cuisine at Hotel Tokyo, and held a dinner event.
Yamada Cuisine has been the only restaurant outside of France who has the name of Yamada Cuisine which has been receiving 3 stars from the Michelin Guide over the past 45 years.
Our members enjoyed the world of Troisgros with the food which was prepared by Mr. Yamada, an executive chef at Yamada Cuisine, and the wine which was selected by Mr. Yamakawa, an executive sommelier.
