We have investigated into the case, and identified the cause of the problem on our failure to understand the changes in policy of company D from September 30, 2014. This new policy states “delivery to simultaneous number of viewers with a password up to 10 people", which we think caused that many of our customers were not able to watch the program.

I apologized when i could not play, but i did to the most using Internet distribution program's customer.
For a result of inspection,we understood the cause which is the D company changed policies on September 30, 2014.
We found this cause which made most customers can not view, Because of a new policy that leads to let the viewers to distribute the program with password in same time up to 10 viewer.
