A月B日配信番組が視聴できなかったことに対するお詫び / 番組を心待ちにしてくださったお客様へ。A月B日インターネット配信番組Cを多くのお客様にご視聴いただけない状態で放送してしまい誠に申し訳ありませんでした。調査の結果、2014年9月30日にD社の方針変更があったことを、私共が気付かなかったことが原因の一つと判明いたしました。新たな方針は「パスワード付き配信の同時視聴者数は10名まで」というもので、これが原因で多くのお客様にご視聴いただけない状態を招いてしまったと思われます
To the users who could not watch the program broadcasted on (month), (day) we present our deepest apology. Please accept our apology for not been able to broadcast program C through the Internet on (month), (day). We have investigated into the case, and identified the cause of the problem on our failure to understand the changes in policy of company D from September 30, 2014. This new policy states “delivery to simultaneous number of viewers with a password up to 10 people", which we think caused that many of our customers were not able to watch the program.
