私は４月２８日にペンを受け取りました。その時中身を確認しましたが、外見は正常に見えました。５月２０日に実際にペンにインクを入れ使おうとしましたが、レバーがすぐに取れてしまいました。写真を確認してくれましたか？私は、それを修理して使いたいと思っています。そのため、一部返金をお願いしました。どのように対応すればいいですか？

I have received the pen on 28th April. At that time, I have confirmed the product and it looked like pretty normal from the surface. However, on 20th May, I have tried to use the pen by filling ink, but it has broken with the lever being detached. I did send you a photo of the situation of the product and I was wondering if you check the item. I would like to fix it, instead of returning the pen to you. For this reason, I have requested you a partial refund to cover a repairing cost. How am I supposed to do from now on? I appreciate it pretty much for your prompt response on this regard in advance.
