私は4月28日にペンを受け取りました。その時中身を確認しましたが、外見は正常に見えました。5月20日に実際にペンにインクを入れ使おうとしましたが、レバーがすぐに取れてしまいました。写真を確認してくれましたか?私は、それを修理して使いたいと思っています。そのため、一部返金をお願いしました。どのように対応すればいいですか?

I have received the pen on 28th April. At that time, I have confirmed the product and it looked like pretty normal from the surface. However, on 20th May, I have tried to use the pen by filling ink, but it has broken with the lever being detached. I did send you a photo of the situation of the product and I was wondering if you check the item. I would like to fix it, instead of returning the pen to you. For this reason, I have requested you a partial refund to cover a repairing cost. How am I supposed to do from now on? I appreciate it pretty much for your prompt response on this regard in advance.

I received the pen on 28th April. I checked inside at that time and it seemed that the outside seemed normal. I tried to put the ink in the pen on 20th May, but the lever came off soon. When I actually tried to use it on May 20, putting ink into the pen, the lever fell off immediately.
