寮のベット入れ替えの件で進捗を連絡します。
見積もりを貰って検討した結果、ホテル用のある程度しっかりしたものを買うことに決めました。
と、言っても今のベットとデザイン的には大差ないのですが、新しい分快適になる筈です。
市販の物と違って、受注生産になるため、12月初旬～中旬あたりの納品になりそうです。

I’m writing to let you know the latest news on switching dorm beds.
After considering quotes, we have decided to purchase sturdy beds designed for hotels.
Even so, they are not much different from the current beds, design-wise, but they must be much more comfortable.
As they are not readily on the market and have to be ordered to be produced, they will be delivered in early-mid December.
We are sorry that you have to wait.

We report about progress of replacing the bed in the dormitory.
As a result of evaluating with an estimate, we decided to purchase the strong one that is appropriate for the use of hotel.
However, it is not much different from the one we are using now in design, but it must be comfortable since it is a new one.
As it is manufactured after we order, which is different from the one sold in the stores, we will receive it around from the beginning to the middle of December.
We appreciate your patience.
