どうやら、あるテキストの編集を行うと同じような状況になるようです。
申し訳ありませんが、先程のファイルを同じくコピーして頂けますか？
再度コピーして頂くと、問題を引き起こすテキストのソースナンバーが分かります。
分かり次第問題を引き起こすテキストのソースナンバーをお伝えします。

I preceded my translation work using the new file, but I have faced a similar situation again.
Apparently, editing a certain text causes a similar situation.
Sorry to bother you but could you copy the same file again? If you could recopy it, the source number of the text which causes problems will be clear. As soon as I get it, I'll let you know.

I continued working on the new file to translate it but, the same thing happened again.
It seems that when I go to edit the text there that the same situation occurs.
Sorry to be of bother but, can I ask you to copy the file as you did just before please?
