They can list items at managed market place called the Amazon seller central and sell them freely.

In Amazon, the seller is not only Amazon itself but also Amazon allows public people and ordinary enterprises to sell products by using Amazon's market place.
Sellers have the right to sell products at products management page. that we call as "Amazon seller central".
