商品についてはどこで破損したかによって保障の内容が変わってきます。
お客様のミスによる故障かEMSでの配達途中での配送によって変わります。
お客様のミスによる破損の場合、こちらはメーカーに問い合わせして修理対象になるかの確認をいたします。
もしくはEMSの配達途中での破損の場合保険を適応しなければなりません、
そのあとでなければ返金対応はできかねます。
明日以降メーカーの方に商品は送りますのでそのあとにまたメーカーから返事が来ましたらこちらからメールを差し上げます。

The warranty coverage may vary depending on where an item was damaged.
It will turn out differently if the damage was occurred due to the miss of the customer or during the delivery via EMS.
In the case of the former event, we will contact the manufacturer and confirm if it should be repaired.
Or, in the case of the latter event, we much apply the insurance coverage.
A refund cannot be issued until then.
We will send the item to the manufacturer sometime after tomorrow, and I will email you again once I hear back from them.

Regarding to the product, the contents of the assurance varies with where at the item got damaged.
It varies depending on that if it is a mistake by a customer or is in the middle of deliveries with EMS.
If it’s because of failure of the customer, we’ll inquire to manufacturer if it could be covered with mending.
Or, if it is in the middle of delivery with EMS, the assurance needs to be adapted.
We cannot interact and repay unless after that.
We’ll send the item to the manufacturer after tomorrow, when they connected us, we’ll mail you.
