これから、商品を倉庫に移動して、ラベルを剥がす作業をしたらコストと時間が、掛かってしまいます。
お客さんを信用して、お客さん自身で、ラベルを剥がす作業をしても宜しいでしょうか。
また、ラベルを半分切断する件ですが、添付ファイルの写真のようにお願いできませんでしょうか。
なぜなら、ラベルの端に付いている模様が、商品の本物である証明になるからです。

This customer understands our business.
If we were to move items to the warehouse and remove the labels, it would be time and money consuming.

Could we trust the costumer, and let him (or her) remove the label themselves?
Also, in the case of cutting the label in half, could you do like the attached photo? It will prove the product is real because the pattern of the edge of the label shows that.
